After graduating from the International Relations Department of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Ilknur served for 7 years as a founding member and board member of the Turkish International Relations Association, participating in national and international projects. Continuing their career as an International Education Specialist, they worked for 5 years at a foundation university, managing the application and implementation processes of Erasmus+ Program Learning Mobility projects in higher education following experiences in the private sector. Interested in capacity and resource development in civil society, experiential learning through exchange programs, social awareness, environmental protection, and cultural heritage, Ilknur has been working as a Project and Fundrasing Specialist at the Mediterranean Conservation Society since 2023.
