Ayşenur Kurşun holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Ege University and has extensive experience in international civil society. From leading fundraising and mobilization campaigns at Greenpeace to engaging in youth-focused communication projects in Croatia through the European Solidarity Corps, she has built strong expertise in climate justice and grassroots activism. Worked as a Project Assistant at the Buğday Association on EU-funded initiatives, she also took part in Oxfam and CAN Europe’s SPARK programme, collaborating with policymakers and climate actors at the European level. Alongside her professional work, she actively contributes as a facilitator, trainer, and creative volunteer, combining her skills in communication, community building, and activism to support social and ecological transformation. She serves as a Project Assistant at the Mediterranean Conservation Society.
