Caner Bayrak is a graduate of the Political Science and Public Management department at Gediz University. He completed his postgraduate degree in International Political Economy at İzmir Katip Çelebi University. He has worked extensively for the NGO International Relations Studies Foundation, and his area of interest is migration and fourth-generation warfare. He works as a Director of Finance and Resource Department for the MCS and is a member of the board of directors.
