In collaboration with the Mediterranean Conservation Society (AKD) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, a tasting event was organized in Datça Kovanlık Nature Park to introduce the new fish species, Lionfish, in our seas. The specially prepared recipe from Lionfish was served to the participants during the tasting event, which received great interest from the local residents.
