The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Mediterranean Conservation Society will be held on December 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Izmir Central Office (Kazımdirik Mahallesi, 296.Sokak, Folkart Time 1.Blok, No:8, Floor:8, Apartment:812, Bornova/İzmir) with the presence of a quorum. If the quorum is not met, the meeting will be held without requiring a quorum on December 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Meeting Room of IzQ Entrepreneurship Building (Akdeniz Mah., Cumhuriyet Boulevard No:120, Ground Floor, 35210 Konak/İzmir). The General Assembly's date, time, location, and agenda will be communicated to members via email, SMS, and the Society's website, as unanimously resolved.

- 2. Opening Speech by the President
- 3. Election of the Chairing Board
- 4. Reading of Financial Statements and Activity Reports
- 5. Reading of the Internal Report by the Audit Board
- 6. Approval of the Board of Directors
- 7. Submission of Block Lists of Candidates for President, and Primary and Substitute Members of the Board of Directors and Audit Board to the Chairing Board
- 8. Election of Association Bodies
- 9. Discussion of Other Written and Verbal Proposals, Requests, and Suggestions
