Akdeniz Koruma Vakfı is bringing Ocean with David Attenborough back to Istanbul for a second screening. This special event, held in celebration of Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday on May 8, will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 20:30 at Feriye Cinema.
Narrated by David Attenborough, the documentary presents the ocean’s breathtaking beauty alongside the threats it faces, while highlighting its remarkable capacity for recovery through a powerful visual narrative. Co-produced by Revive Our Ocean and National Geographic Pristine Seas, the film offers compelling examples of how effectively managed Marine Protected Areas can help restore marine life.
