We are looking for a full-time Visual Communication & Design Officer to join our İzmir office and contribute creatively to our advocacy, communications, and awareness-raising efforts for the conservation of the Mediterranean.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for our social media channels.
- Visualize scientific reports, datasets, and research outputs.
- Develop communication materials for campaigns, events, and public awareness activities.
- Ensure consistency with the organization's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Provide basic video editing support and contribute to social media video production.
- Bring creative and innovative design approaches to our communication activities.
- At least 2 years of experience in visual communication, graphic design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- An interest in environmental conservation, marine conservation, and sustainability.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and teamwork skills.
