The project aims to bring the management plan for the Foça SEPA up to date with the integration of the marine and coastal areas.
The first stage of the two-step project, which will have a total duration of nine months and which will conclude in February 2022, is to analyse the current situation with the participation of relevant stakeholders, and the second stage is the revision of the Management Plan.
The project is coordinated and in cooperation with the General Directorate for the Protection Preservation of Natural Assets under the Ministry for the Environment Urbanization and Climate Change; it is run by the Mediterranean Conservation Society and supported by the Specially Protected Areas Regional Activity Centre (SPA-RAC).
